This offers fabrication of plastic treys for your teeth and bleaching gel is poured in the trey and worn for 1-2 hrs daily
for few days to weeks; it gives generally 3-5 shades shift.

Office bleach -
This offers in office bleach by the dentist which take 1-2 hrs and can be assisted with bleaching light or lasers; this shows 5 -8 shades shift immediately.
